Repairs, and maintenance covered by the Homeowners Association will be added to our work order list for attention in a timely manner. Renovation requests will be routed for review and approval. Requests submitted here are monitored by the Board of Directors and reviewed at least monthly for status. Email us at marinavillas.KK@gmail.com with questions.
Interior repairs or optional work to be performed at the property owners discretion can also be requested and Foothills Property Management will be in touch directly to schedule time for a quote.
